About Kevin Ott’s Music

I release music under my name Kevin Ott when I’m creating songs and albums that focus on my music journaling work and when I want to work in a variety of genres, from eclectic alternative rock and synth-heavy EDM-influenced rock to classical-style instrumental compositions and film music. The goal is less about maintaining a single consistent genre or sound and more about using music as a tool of journaling and documentation. This is why there’s such a huge volume of music released under this artist name between 2022-2026 (over 700 original songs): these hundreds of songs provide a vivid (to me) testimony of things I’ve witnessed and experienced since 2022.
